About The Pounce Coach
Montez Sorrells, eloquently known as, the "Pounce Coach," is a dynamic orator, with over 13 years of youth advocacy, youth pastoring, mentorship, education, and community engagement experience. As the founder of Pounce Lifestyle, LLC, his goal is to empower and inspire individuals to pursue purpose and their dreams from an aggressive and passionate approach.

From emceeing concerts, to hosting radio segments, to delivering amazing prolific faith-led talks, Montez has mastered the art of effective communication. He is able to spread the message of Pounce on various platforms to stimulate ambition, intention and initiative.
Montez has the ability to connect with individuals and diverse groups of people from all walks of life. He is available to speak to students of all ages including elementary, middle, high school and college students. He also tailors talks to meet the needs of youth organizations and conferences, church conferences, and corporations.
